RETURN POLICY
Unik Sales, LLC reserves the right to not accept returns on certain orders.
If you would like to make a return, you need to obtain a request a Return Authorization number by calling customer service at 231-719-0644. When requesting a Return Authorization number please have the following: Order number and date of sale. All items returned must be in unused condition! We reserve the right to reject any items that are determined unfit for resale or return to the manufacturer. The only exception to this are incorrect shipments due to an error made on our part. In that event we will send a will-call for return of the product.
All Approved returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number no later than 45 days after the date of sale. Restocking fees may apply. Refunds will only be issued for unused products. Freight on returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.
